Our proposals

The Earls Court Development Company are bringing forward proposals for the redevelopment of 344-350 Old Brompton Road.

Since the beginning of last year we have been engaging with RBKC Planning Officers, local stakeholders and the general public to gain a better understanding of local needs, preferences and priorities.

All of these discussions and the feedback from the public consultation exercise held last July and August have shaped the updated proposals we have submitted to RBKC. The Public Consultation Outcomes section outlines how the stakeholder engagement and public consultation has directly informed the final proposals.

Our proposals for 344-350 Old Brompton Road will comprise of a ground plus three storey residential block rising to ground plus five storeys on the corner of Eardley Crescent and ground plus eight storeys at the south west corner facing West Brompton Station.

The proposals will deliver 51 new homes for rent in Earls Court, including 23 affordable homes - 45% of the total homes and floorspace and 49% of the total habitable rooms. This includes seven affordable homes from previous Tournament pub planning permission from 2012.
