Our Proposals

The Earls Court Development Company are bringing forward proposals for the redevelopment of 344-350 Old Brompton Road.

Since the beginning of this year we have been engaging with RBKC Planning Officers and local stakeholders to gain a better understanding of local needs, preferences and priorities, with all these discussions shaping the proposals we are now delighted to share with you.

Our proposals for 344-350 Old Brompton Road will comprise of a ground plus three storey residential block rising to ground plus 5 storeys on the corner of Eardley Crescent and ground plus 8 storeys at the south west corner facing West Brompton Station.

The proposals will deliver approximately 57 new homes in Earls Court, including 35% affordable homes in line with RBKC policy as well as 7 affordable homes from previous Tournament Public House Section 106 agreement.

While the current restrictions on social gatherings mean we are unable to hold a traditional public exhibition, the following pages provide all the information that would have been displayed at an exhibition and give you an opportunity to feedback on the proposals and ask any questions you may have to the project team.
