344-350 Old Brompton Road is an opportunity for The Earls Court Development Company to demonstrate real and tangible early delivery ahead of the wider masterplan.

We will provide 51 high quality new homes at 344-350 Old Brompton Road.

This will include re-provision of the seven affordable units from the previous Tournament Pub consent that were never delivered and additional affordable homes across the whole development.

The proposals will provide a mix of studio, one, two, three and four bedroom homes to meet the range of housing needs within the local community.

The new homes will be of the highest design quality and will also ensure provision of outdoor amenity space through communal garden areas and balconies for residents to relax and enjoy. Following amendments to the scheme as a result of further discussions with stakeholders, 95% of affordable units and 68% of market units now have private amenity space.

The building has been designed to maximise natural light, with most apartments benefitting from dual aspect outlook and open views to the south and west of the site.
