The Earls Court Development Company want our proposals at Old Brompton Road to reflect local priorities and become part of the local community.

We believe that our proposals will bring a range of genuine and tangible benefits for the local community:

  • Transforming what had become a problem site and a focal point for anti-social behaviour into a high quality development and gateway to the wider Earls Court Opportunity Area.
  • Delivering high quality studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom homes to meet the range of housing needs within the local community.
  • A significant contribution to affordable housing locally, including the undelivered affordable units from the previous Tournament Pub planning permission.
  • Creating a dynamic and active frontage with a mix of potential uses opposite West Brompton Station to support the local economy.
  • Significant greening of the site with new garden spaces, improving visual amenity and biodiversity.
