The building’s facade encroaches obtrusively on both the historical Brompton cemetery and Eardley Crescent. The choice of retail space would impose on local residents to heavily. It would bring additional noise and rubbish to an already busy through way street and disrespects the local ambiance. The strong local community residents association has gone to great lengths over the decades to ensure the area is presentable and loveable for local residents. This monstrosity would be detrimental to the local community.

The buildings at the end of Eardley Crescent RUIN the look of the road. That modern monstrosity, which looks similar to the ugly flats on Lille Rd are definitely not what I want on my doorstep. As a resident of Eardley Crescent, I am against this style of development.
